Manage and coordinate all quality-related activities during project completion and handover phase to ensure compliance with contract specifications and client requirements.
Documentation Compilation & Verification:
Prepare, review, and finalize handover dossiers including ITPs, test reports, as-built drawings, material approvals (MIR), WIRs, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
Punch List & Snag Clearance:
Monitor and track punch list items, ensure corrective actions are completed, and verify closure before final acceptance by the client.
Client & Consultant Liaison:
Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth inspection approvals and formal project handover.
System Acceptance & Certification:
Ensure all systems are tested, commissioned, and certified according to project specifications, regulatory standards, and quality management procedures.
