Compile, review, and finalize all project closeout documents including inspection reports, test results, as-built drawings, warranties, material approvals, and compliance certificates.
Punch List & Deficiency Tracking:
Monitor and coordinate resolution of punch list items and non-conformances (NCRs) to ensure all outstanding issues are properly closed before project handover.
Client & Consultant Coordination:
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to arrange final inspections, obtain approvals, and secure formal acceptance documentation.
Quality Records Verification:
Ensure all quality control records are complete, accurate, and aligned with approved ITPs, method statements, and contract specifications.
Regulatory & Contract Compliance:
Confirm that project deliverables meet regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and company quality management system (QMS) requirements prior to final project turnover.
