Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned OCM Lead / Manager with 12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and proven leadership responsibility. This role will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, establish OCM governance frameworks, manage high-performing change teams, and partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in structured change methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter International, along with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Change Leadership

Define and own the enterprise OCM strategy aligned with organizational vision and strategic priorities.

Establish standardized change frameworks, tools, templates, and governance models.

Lead large-scale digital, ERP, operating model, and cultural transformation initiatives.

Drive organization-wide adoption, behavioral change, and sustained business outcomes.

Executive & Board Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive sponsors.

Provide strategic guidance on sponsorship effectiveness and change leadership.

Present change strategy, risk insights, and adoption metrics to executive leadership and steering committees.

Influence senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.

Team & Capability Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of OCM consultants and change practitioners.

Build internal change capability through training, playbooks, and coaching programs.

Establish a Change Center of Excellence (CoE) where applicable.

Drive performance management and succession planning within the OCM function.

Program & Risk Management

Integrate OCM workstreams into enterprise program governance structures.

Oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder strategies, communications, and training programs.

Identify enterprise-level resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Define and track change adoption KPIs, ROI metrics, and sustainability indicators.

Stakeholder & Culture Transformation

Lead cultural and behavioral transformation initiatives.

Support organizational design, workforce transition, and leadership alignment.

Promote a change-ready and agile organizational mindset.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field).

12+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or consulting.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change programs in large, complex organizations.

Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter International 8-Step Model).

Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.

Executive presence with strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Experience working across global and matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).

Experience establishing or leading a Change Management CoE.

Background in consulting firms or transformation offices.

Experience in ERP, digital transformation, operating model redesign, or M&A integration programs.

Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid program delivery models.
