Supervise QC engineers, inspectors, and testing teams, verifying inspections, witnessing tests, and ensuring proper documentation of site activities.
Monitor site inspections and testing processes, including material receiving inspections (MIR), work inspection requests (WIR), and final acceptance inspections.
Identify and control non-conformities (NCRs), ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and re-inspections are conducted prior to closure.
Coordinate with construction, QA, and client representatives to resolve technical issues, maintain quality records, and ensure smooth project completion and handover.
