Minimum 5+ years of telecom project experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong experience in managing telecom site activities (Civil & Installation)
Ability to supervise riggers and technicians on tower and outdoor sites
Knowledge of site survey, TSSR, ATP, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with Saudi telecom safety and quality standards
Strong coordination skills with clients and project management teams
Experience in BTS installation, integration, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of fiber optic installation, testing, and splicing
Experience in power systems, rectifiers, battery banks, and grounding
Familiar with telecom equipment from vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia preferred)
Ability to read site drawings and perform site acceptance activities
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Requirements for Riggers:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecom tower projects in Saudi Arabia
Experience in tower climbing, antenna installation, dismantling, and alignment
Knowledge of feeder cable laying, routing, and connectors installation
Familiar with RF antenna installation, MW links, and equipment mounting
Strong understanding of safety procedures and working at height standards
Physically fit and medically cleared for tower climbing
Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable preferred)
