Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and secretarial duties
- Prepare and manage emails, letters, reports, and documents
- Coordinate with management, staff, and suppliers
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and requests
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Support management with day-to-day coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
