Responsibilities:
-Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including dishes, surfaces, tools, and equipment
-Support chefs in preparing menu items, including salads, smoothies, and protein-based meals
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
-Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
-Dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations
-Help with meal assembly and packaging for dine-in and takeaway orders
-Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a kitchen helper is preferred.
-Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
-Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
-Interest in healthy food and nutrition is a plus
-Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Candidate must be in Bahrain
