Supervise daily field inspections to ensure all construction, installation, and testing activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project quality standards.
Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Management:
Develop, review, and implement ITPs and checklists; ensure all hold points, witness points, and testing requirements are properly executed and documented.
Team Supervision & Coordination:
Lead and manage QC inspectors and engineers on-site, assign inspection tasks, and coordinate with construction teams to maintain quality without affecting project schedule.
Non-Conformance Control:
Identify deviations, issue and manage NCRs, verify corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues through root cause analysis and monitoring.
Documentation & Client Interface:
Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and inspection logs; coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals, and final handover documentation.
