Conduct detailed inspections of completed works prior to handover to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Punch List & Deficiency Control:
Identify, document, and track punch list items; verify corrective actions are completed before final turnover to client or operations team.
Documentation Verification:
Review turnover packages including test reports, inspection records, as-built drawings, and material certificates to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Coordination with Construction & QA/QC Teams:
Work closely with site engineers, QC inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve outstanding quality issues and prepare systems or areas for handover.
Client & Commissioning Support:
Assist during client inspections and commissioning activities; ensure all quality requirements are satisfied before formal acceptance and project closeout.
