Job Overview
We are looking for a precision-oriented Lamination Stacking Operator to manage the construction of the transformer’s "heart"—the magnetic core. This role involves the high-stakes assembly of grain-oriented electrical steel layers. You will not only ensure the physical integrity of the core but also take a lead role in training team members and optimizing workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Core Assembly: Precisely stack laminations to form the transformer core, ensuring strict adherence to "Three Compliance" requirements (alignment, tightness, and insulation).
Quality & Inspection: Review work orders and dispatch assignments; inspect previous shift outputs against technical drawings to ensure 100% compliance.
Process Management: Manage on-site production flow, implement 5S management, and organize daily on-site inspections and corrective actions.
Leadership & Optimization: Organize orientation and coaching for new team members; analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
Requirements
Education: Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
Major: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in transformer core manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer core manufacturing processes, quality inspection standards, and production management.
