Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Technical Lead Engineer to join our Technical Department. The role requires strong expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit, with solid experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, structural works, quantity take-offs, and invoice verification.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Office & Drawing Management
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, red-line, and as-built drawings.
• Review IFC drawings and raise RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Maintain drawing logs and submission tracking.
Quantity Surveying & Invoicing Support
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.
• Validate executed quantities with the site team.
• Support preparation and verification of:
o Client invoices
o Subcontractor invoices
o Variation orders
• Assist in tender quantity estimation and material take-offs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in a contractor’s technical office.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure and structural works.
• Experience in KSA/GCC projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
