Perform daily site inspections of infrastructure works (roads, drainage systems, underground utilities, foundations, substations, duct banks) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Material Verification & Testing
Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIR), verify delivered materials, and coordinate field/laboratory tests (soil compaction, concrete slump, asphalt density, FDT, etc.).
ITP & Inspection Execution
Implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), raise Inspection Requests (IR), and ensure all hold/witness points are properly inspected and approved before proceeding.
Non-Conformance Control
Identify quality deviations, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and monitor corrective actions to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quality records including test reports, inspection reports, as-built documentation, and support project handover and closeout documentation.
