 Help-Desk operator for Physical Security systems

• Associate degree, Diploma, Diploma degree in Electronics, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with physical security systems like access control systems, CCTV cameras, intrusion detection systems, etc.
• Minimum of Three (3) years with Associate Degree or Diploma is required in document control or administrative roles, preferably in an engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively troubleshoot issues with users.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems related to physical security systems.
• Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
• Can speak and write fluently in English
• Accuracy in logging and documenting service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Understanding of physical security principles and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Educating users on the proper use and operation of security systems, including basic troubleshooting steps they can perform.
• Responding to emergency situations or security incidents, coordinating with appropriate authorities or response teams as necessary.
• The Service Desk operator is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests.
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
• Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of the progress
• Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
• Fast turnaround of customer requests
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Responsible for entering time and date as it occurs
• Follows all prescribed safety and security procedures.
• Performs all other related duties as assign
• Follows all the Client related policies and procedure.
