Sales & Business Development Specialist – Renewable Energy & Power (Riyadh)

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Specialist with a strong background in renewable energy and power sector in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate must have a total of 8 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in KSA in a similar sales and business development role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewable energy and power projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and government entities

Lead pre-sales activities including technical coordination and proposal alignment

Support tendering and bidding process in coordination with technical teams

Conduct market analysis and competitor assessment

Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients

Negotiate contracts and support deal closure

Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

Represent the company in client meetings and industry events

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related field

Total 8 years experience in sales and business development

Minimum 5 years experience in KSA in renewable energy or power sector

Strong network within Saudi energy market preferred

Good understanding of EPC, solar, substations or power infrastructure projects

Strong negotiation and client management skills

Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth

Location: Riyadh
Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives
