Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare authentic Lebanese dishes
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Supervise and train kitchen staff

Requirements:
3+ years experience in Lebanese cuisine
Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese dishes and techniques
Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
