Key responsibilities:
• Review and administer client contracts including EPC and consultancy agreements
• Manage variations, extension of time claims and commercial submissions
• Monitor project budgets, cost control and cash flow forecasts
• Prepare payment applications and verify subcontractor invoices
• Maintain variation logs, claims registers and commercial reports
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations
• Ensure back-to-back alignment between main contract and subcontracts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
• 6 to 10 years of experience in commercial and contract management
• Minimum 4 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure or renewable energy projects in KSA
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for cost tracking and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
