Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,000 – 3,000 per month (Negotiable if the CVs are good)
Experience Required: 2–3 years (Saudi company experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Junior Administration & Site Coordinator to support our operations team. The candidate will assist in handling employee documentation, timesheets, site coordination, and general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------------
Maintain employee files (soft & hard copy)

Collect and prepare monthly timesheets

Monitor daily site attendance and report absenteeism

Coordinate with site supervisors and employees

Track Iqama, insurance, and site ID validity

Support HR and GRO team with documentation

Assist in mobilization and demobilization activities

Arrange taxis/logistics when required

Support onboarding (accommodation, PPE, basic arrangements)

Track vacation leave and employee benefits

Maintain proper documentation records

Requirements
-----------------------------
2–3 years experience in Saudi Arabia (administration or HR support role preferred)

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Organized and responsible personality

Ability to coordinate with site employees and management


Preferred

Experience working in construction or electromechanical company

Basic understanding of Saudi labor system and documentation process
