Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical connections.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and pumps.
Installation & Commissioning: Install, start up, and test new HVAC units and components.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to local building codes, OSHA, and company HSEQ standards.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance history.
Operational Support: Work with building management systems (BMS) and potentially assist with basic electrical/plumbing tasks
