19500 rent is paid in advance for six month which is valid until Aug 2026. You pay me 6000 SAR instead of 9000 SAR for three months and 2000 SAR security deposit which i paid to agent which will be refunded to you.

I have paid 6 months rent. Appartment is available from Mid of April 2026 for contract transfer.
