What You Will Own
<> Strategic Account Leadership:
* Full P&L ownership of a USD 15-20M portfolio.
* Define and execute multi-year account growth strategy.
* Expand footprint across consulting, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
* Drive revenue growth and margin performance.
<> Executive Engagement:
* Act as trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
* Leverage strong relationships within a major Malaysian Oil & Gas operator.
* Influence board-level and C-suite conversations.
<> Consulting & Transformation Delivery:
* Lead complex, high-value transformation programs.
* Shape commercial proposals and win strategic deals.
* Oversee governance, risk, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
* Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams.
<> Industry Thought Leadership:
* Bring deep expertise across Upstream, Downstream, Gas/LNG.
* Support digital, decarbonisation, and energy transition initiatives.
* Identify emerging opportunities across the Oil & Gas value chain.
What We're Looking For
* 15-18 years of Oil & Gas experience.
* Background with:
---- An Oil & Gas operator (NOC/IOC), or
---- Oilfield Services company, or
---- Consulting firm serving Energy clients.
* Demonstrated ownership of USD 15-20M portfolio with P&L responsibility.
* Proven experience managing large national Oil & Gas accounts in Malaysia.
* Strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers within Malaysia's Oil & Gas ecosystem.
* Track record of selling and delivering consulting-led engagements.
* Strong commercial mindset and executive presence.
