About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive to support our HR and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience, a basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to assist in day-to-day HR operations. This role is suitable for immediate joiners ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
Draft and post job openings on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation in line with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and employee files in the HR system or ATS.
Support HR reporting and provide recruitment metrics to senior HR staff.
Assist in HR administrative tasks, including employee record management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal HR programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR support (0–2 years preferred).
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
Experience with Indeed or other job portals is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
