Position: Quantity Surveyor

Company Overview
My4Walls Construction is a progressive construction and project management company engaged in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are currently seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for building construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
• Manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
• Review tender documents, prepare bid analysis, and assist in the evaluation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify interim payment certificates (IPCs), contractor claims, and variation orders.
• Monitor project expenditures and maintain accurate cost records and reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities executed.
• Review contractual documents and assist in contract administration and claims management.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost control and project reporting.
• Prepare financial forecasts, cost reports, and project cash flow statements.
• Assist management in cost optimization, procurement strategy, and value engineering.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management within building construction projects.
• Strong experience in preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction cost management tools.
• Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction procurement procedures.
• Experience in Gulf region projects, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
