A leading restaurant company is looking to hire for its upscale dining outlets in Jeddah.

1. Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise efficient operations of departments and assigned shifts; conduct pre-meal meetings and correct staff performance.

Administer training programs, prepare schedules, and manage inventory effectively.

Handle guest complaints, ensure satisfaction, and follow up for feedback.

Perform regular inspections of food and beverage preparation and presentation; maintain inventory to enhance sales.

Ensure compliance with established food quality and hygiene standards.

Manage workload to ensure smooth restaurant operations and maintain high operational standards.

Train and guide employees for smooth transition and performance; provide incentives when needed.

Coordinate with General Manager on daily operations; maintain financial and administrative records.

Evaluate staff performance and recommend salary increases or incentives.

Develop special promotions, merchandising plans, and advertising materials while ensuring adherence to local and company standards.

Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and effective store presentation.

Work with the team to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow company procedures to improve productivity.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership skills and team spirit.

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management with at least 5 years of managerial experience in fine dining or casual dining concepts.

Strong command of English; Arabic fluency is a plus.

Strong product knowledge and ability to manage all financial KPIs of the restaurant.

2. Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.

Develop strategies and set goals to drive growth.

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.

Establish and implement policies and procedures.

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.

Lead employee performance evaluations.

Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Resolve operational issues such as profit decline, staff conflicts, and competitive challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager.

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fine dining or casual dining concepts.

Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and restaurant performance metrics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong leadership skills and team spirit.

Experience managing multicultural teams.

Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic fluency is a plus).

Strong product knowledge.
