Option 1:
If only one person wants full room. Rent will be 14,000 Riyals for 6 monhts (Payment either advance 14000 or 3 months advance which is 7000 Sar and coming next three months 2333 Sar each month)
2 beds will be available in the room but one person will be allowed to stay permanently.
Option 2:
2 Bedspaces will be rented as seprate 1350 Sar per month per person for 6 months.
For One person Payment Advance 5,100 Sar Remaining 1,000 per month in each coming month. - Total Rent 8,100
For Two persons Payment Advance 10,200 Sar Remaining 2,000 per month in each coming month. Total Rent 16,200
Terms.
-Location is suitable for the persons working in Diriya, Al kHalidiyah, Misk, Irqah, or Murabba Project.
-Perferable Pakistani Nationals executives only.
-in whole appartment of 4 rooms only 2 washrooms and one kitchen is available for combine use.
-Airconditioner is installed in the room.
-Electricity, weekly house keeping, Drinking water and potable water is included.
-Anything other than mentioned above is not included.
-Room contains only two beds, one almari and two side tables only
-Amount is very little negotiable based on if you visit and you like the place on the spot we can negotiate a bit.
