🔎 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in construction or civil engineering (15+ years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bidding and securing projects through the Saudi Etimad platform, along with a successful track record in project acquisition.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, and manage bids through the Etimad system
Lead tendering processes and coordinate with internal departments
Develop strategies to secure new projects and maintain client relationships
Review technical documents, BOQs, and project specifications
Support contract negotiations and project award procedures
📚 Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
15+ years of professional experience in construction or civil engineering
Hands-on experience with Etimad bidding procedures
Proven project award / tender success
Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations and standards
🎖 Preferred Certifications
Candidates holding relevant professional certifications will be given preference, such as:
PMP
PE / Chartered Engineer
Saudi Council of Engineers membership
🌍 Language Skills
Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
English proficiency required
