Requirements:
Must be certified and accredited by Mostadam (Saudi Green Building Rating System)
Previous experience in construction or real estate projects (preferably with developers like ROSHN)
Strong knowledge of sustainability requirements and compliance
Experience in preparing and reviewing sustainability documentation and submittals
Ability to coordinate with consultants and project teams
Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Mostadam requirements
Manage and track all sustainability-related submissions
Coordinate with consultant Saudi Diyar Consultants and project stakeholders
Monitor site implementation to meet sustainability standards
