🔧 Position: Material Coordinator – Turnaround (Heat Exchangers / Breech-Lock)
We are urgently seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to support critical refinery Turnaround (TA) shutdown activities in Jizan.
In this role, you will manage materials for Heat Exchangers and Breech-Lock Heat Exchangers — ensuring timely availability, accurate tracking, and seamless coordination with procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to prevent any delays during the shutdown window.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee material planning, tracking, and issuance for TA activities
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to maintain zero material shortages
Ensure smooth and efficient execution of shutdown operations
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical TA shutdown projects
✅ Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger materials (gaskets, bolts, internals, etc.)
✅ Exposure to Breech-Lock Heat Exchangers is highly preferred
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
✅ Strong soft skills and documentation abilities
✅ Advanced MS Office skills — especially Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
✅ Ability to thrive in high-pressure shutdown environments
Compensation:
Option 1: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 + Overtime + FAT
Option 2: Fixed SAR 6,000 + FAT (No Overtime)
