We are seeking a skilled Precast Civil Engineer to oversee the design, production, and installation of precast concrete elements. The candidate will ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review precast concrete elements such as beams, columns, slabs, and panels.
Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and project teams for precast requirements.
Supervise precast production in the factory to ensure quality and accuracy.
Monitor site installation of precast elements and ensure proper alignment and safety compliance.
Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks during production and erection stages.
Resolve technical issues related to precast elements during design and execution.
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and lifting plans for precast components.
Prepare progress reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of experience in precast concrete projects.
Strong knowledge of precast systems, production, and erection processes.
Familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both in factory and site environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
Knowledge of BIM (e.g., Revit, Tekla).
Experience in Gulf/Saudi projects is an advantage.
This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.
Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer/Kafeel No Objection Letter.
