Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients and business opportunities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and field activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline) to support sales efforts
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Meet sales targets and track performance metrics
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing / business development
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Experience in education, restaurant, or health club/fitness sectors preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
Knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
