Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in electromechanical (MEP) projects, particularly within Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to identify, secure, and convert project opportunities into awarded contracts, especially with Aramco, SEC, and major EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new MEP project opportunities (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Aramco
- Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)
- EPC contractors and O&M companies
- Source and pursue RFQs/RFPs and tender opportunities
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals
- Manage the full cycle from lead generation to project award

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development within MEP, Oil & Gas, or Power sectors
- Proven track record in securing projects (mandatory)
- Strong network within Aramco, SEC, or EPC contractors
- Familiarity with:
- Aramco vendor systems
- SAP Ariba
- Tendering processes
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Compensation & Structure:
- Commission-based trial period (performance-driven)
- Commission provided for each secured project during the trial phase
- Full-time contract (salary + commission) will be offered upon proven performance
