Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled MEP Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions by combining technical expertise with strong client relationship management. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering customized solutions to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for MEP systems and services
Promote and sell MEP solutions including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams for accurate solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in MEP or HVAC sales
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid driver’s license
