We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available, ready to join immediately, and have some knowledge or exposure to recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in recruitment-related tasks such as posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and databases accurately.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Support the HR and recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications in administration or HR are a plus.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
