Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support our HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance and effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Lead and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings on Indeed, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
Ensure all HR processes, contracts, and employee documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law.
Manage employee records, HRIS/ATS systems, and generate HR reports as required.
Support managers in performance appraisals, promotions, disciplinary actions, and training needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor regulations.
Assist in HR policy development, review, and implementation in line with local regulations.
Support HR projects, initiatives, and employer branding activities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive capacity.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, HR compliance, and work permit/visa regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, including posting jobs on Indeed and managing applicant pipelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR analytics.
