Role Overview
The instructor will teach hands-on robotics and coding to children (ages 5–14) using LEGO-based STEM programs. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms, and supporting student development.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver robotics and coding sessions using LEGO kits and beginner coding tools
• Plan and adapt lessons based on student needs
• Guide students through building, testing, and presenting projects
• Track student progress and provide feedback to parents
• Maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment
• Support events, camps, and program activities
Requirements
• Experience teaching or working with children in robotics/coding
• Familiarity with LEGO robotics (WeDo, SPIKE Prime, Mindstorms) and coding platforms (Scratch, Blockly)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed
• English proficiency required
