A Forklift Warehouse Operator manage inventory by safely operating machinery forklifts to load/unload trucks, move materials, and organize stock. Key duties include conducting equipment checks, following safety protocols, using RF scanners for tracking, and ensuring accurate inventory placement.
Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Safely load, unload, stack, and move pallets and goods within the warehouse using sit down or stand up forklifts.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety standards, including proper PPE usage and maintaining a clean work area.

Inventory Control: Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement, verify orders, and assist with stock counts.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections, check fluid levels, and report mechanical issues.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipping and receiving.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Valid forklift certification or license.

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Physical stamina to lift heavy items, climb on/off equipment, and work in varied temperatures.

Strong attention to detail for accuracy in inventory tracking.
Common Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, high-volume environment (3PL, manufacturing, or distribution).

Shift work, including mornings, evenings, or nights.
