Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the oil, gas, petrochemical, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of large to mega projects, ensuring that engineering and design activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Engineering Leadership:
Lead and manage all project engineering activities for large-scale oil, gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Coordinate with engineering discipline lead engineers and task force groups to drive project progress. Ensure timely and accurate communication across different engineering teams to resolve challenges and meet milestones.
Project Schedule & Cost Management:
Closely monitor project schedules and costs to ensure on-time completion within budget. Review and analyze project schedules, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions where needed to maintain project timelines.
Engineering Design Oversight:
Review, approve, and implement project engineering designs and methodologies in accordance with industry standards and international codes. Ensure the adherence to design specifications, quality control processes, and engineering best practices.
Project Control Procedures:
Implement and ensure compliance with project control procedures, including monitoring and tracking project performance, preparing progress reports, and adjusting project plans as necessary.
