Flat is furnished with bed set, wardrobe, split ac, manual washing machine, gas stove, fridge, oven, water dispenser and other kitchen utensils.
Suitable for small families only.
Note: Outside room is occupied by me, flat has 1 common Entrance for both of us, but separate portion inside.
Rent shall be paid for 6 months (negotiable) SAR 11,100 (per month SAR 1,850)
60% electricity bill shall be shared by you.
