Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Manager with experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably within the edible oil or FMCG industry. The role focuses on developing institutional business, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth across HoReCa and bulk buyers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, caterers (HoReCa), food processors, educational institutions, and canteens.
Generate new leads and build long-term business partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and resolve service issues promptly.
3. Pricing, Negotiation & Order Management
Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and payment terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage payment collections and oversee the order-to-payment cycle.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Submit regular sales and market reports to management.
Suggest strategies for product positioning and institutional market growth.
5. Product Knowledge & Promotion
Develop strong understanding of the product portfolio and key USPs.
Promote products based on quality, consistency, and value proposition.
6. Coordination & Documentation
Collaborate with production, dispatch, accounts, and quality teams to meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and visit reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant experience in Institutional / B2B Sales (preferably Edible Oil or FMCG industry)
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
