Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our residential property management team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, showcasing available units, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from inquiry to move-in. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and lease residential units to prospective tenants
Conduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and community benefits
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and coordinate approvals
Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and occupancy rates
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases
Coordinate move-in procedures and provide a positive onboarding experience for new tenants
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to recommend leasing strategies
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
