Document Controller (HSE Department)

Position: Document Controller (HSE Department)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and control all project documents and records, including receipt, registration, numbering, distribution, and filing, ensuring full version control and traceability.
Handle document submission processes (such as Submittals, WIRs, MIRs, etc.), track approval status, and provide timely updates.
Maintain the document management system (e.g., Aconex), ensuring all quality and HSE records are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with project requirements.
Coordinate with different departments to compile documentation and support submission and correspondence with consultants and clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
Familiar with project document control procedures and submission workflows.
Strong knowledge of document numbering systems, version control, and filing standards.
Proficient in Aconex or similar document management systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good command of written and reading English, with the ability to communicate effectively with consultants and clients.
