Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Hot Kitchen to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will oversee all hot food preparation, ensure high-quality standards, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the hot kitchen section
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and control food costs
Collaborate on menu planning and development

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
