Duties and Responsibilities
* Daily supervision of maintenance teams (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works).

* Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for buildings and facilities.

* Follow-up on corrective maintenance work and efficient and rapid handling of emergency malfunctions.

* Coordination with contractors and suppliers and approval of completed work.

* Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards.

* Preparation of periodic reports on building condition, malfunctions, and maintenance costs.

* Management of spare parts and inventory and ordering necessary supplies.

* Adherence to occupational safety and health regulations at work sites.

* Coordination with the property management or operations department regarding tenant complaints.

* Participation in the handover of new projects in terms of operational readiness and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience
* Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related field.

* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.

* Sound knowledge of Building Materials (MEP) systems.

* Proficiency in computer skills and Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

* Leadership and team management skills.

* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Time management and multitasking skills.

* Commitment to quality and safety.

Work Conditions
* Field and office work.

* Overtime work may be required in emergency situations
