Maintaining consistency in grind size, dosing and brewing techniques for consistency preparation and service standard of crafted cups for coffee.
Demonstrating advanced milk streaming techniques and temperatures and creat high quality latte art on everything espresso based milk cup.
Contributing to seasonal beverage menu and signature drinks development depending on market dynamic and trends.
Delivering personalized service and engage customers with confidence and professionalism to elevate customer memorable moments and experience.
Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles and flavor notes in espresso shots and manual brewing methods (V60, chemex, french press and cold brew drinks)
Professional operation of POS systems,card machine and cash transactions.
