We’re looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Partner to bring in new clients and close deals — fully commission-based.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Identify and approach potential clients in Riyadh market
- Pitch our services and close projects
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Preferance will be for a candidate with Strong network or outreach skills and Arabic language skills.
NOTE: the job requires Arabic language.
💰 Commission Structure:
- 20% of total project value (based on deal size)
Bonus Tiers:
- Projects above 50K SAR → 3%
- Projects above 100K SAR → 5%
Repeat Clients:
- Additional 5% on repeat deals
🌍 Setup:
- 100% Remote
- Flexible — you own your pipeline and earnings
