- Be responsible for the daily management of construction equipment (tower cranes, construction elevators, excavators, loaders, mixers, pump trucks, etc.) for engineering projects, implement equipment management systems and safety control requirements, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
- Organize daily equipment inspections, regular maintenance, and repair work, coordinate and arrange the project mechanical team to carry out daily equipment maintenance, establish maintenance ledgers, ensure equipment availability, and reduce equipment failure downtime.
- Supervise equipment operators to operate in a standardized manner, verify the certification of operators, remind operators to comply with safety regulations, investigate equipment safety hazards, eliminate illegal operations, and prevent equipment safety accidents.
- Establish and improve the construction equipment management ledger, record equipment specifications, arrival time, maintenance records, operation status, loss status, rental information, etc., and complete equipment annual inspections and updates.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction equipment management for engineering projects.
- Familiar with the structure, performance, operation principle and maintenance process of various construction equipment (tower cranes, construction elevators, excavators, mixing equipment, etc.), with practical experience in equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis and safety control.
- Possess a certain sense of emergency response, able to assist in handling minor equipment faults and safety hazards, and cooperate in completing emergency repair work.
- Have a certain foundation in English, be familiar with Arabic and Urdu, be hardworking, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
