Key Responsibilities:
Issue, review, and manage PTW for all high-risk activities (e.g., excavation, hot work, lifting, confined space entry).
Ensure all permits comply with project HSE requirements and local Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractors on daily work permits.
Conduct pre-work site inspections and verify safety measures are in place.
Maintain PTW logs and ensure timely closure of permits.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of PTW experience in civil or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of PTW procedures and HSE standards.
Good communication skills in English
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East is preferred.
