Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

About the role:

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead our day shift team at our RTE salads and cut fruit production facility in Riyadh. This is a team leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the production floor.
You will report directly to the Production Manager and lead a team of production operatives, ensuring GMP standards, allergen protocols, and food safety requirements are upheld throughout the shift. Product quality and specifications are owned by our QC team — your responsibility is to ensure your team operates to those standards at all times and escalates any concerns immediately.

What you will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating the day shift production team from line startup to line close.
- Attending the pre-shift briefing with the Production Manager and ensuring all pre-start checks are completed
- Monitoring line output against hourly targets and reporting any deviations to the Production Manager immediately
- Enforcing GMP, personal hygiene, and allergen protocols across the team at all times
- Managing line changeovers and ensuring allergen resets are correctly completed and documented
- Escalating any product quality concern or potential contamination risk to the QC team and Production Manager without delay
- Recording waste, trim, and rework accurately throughout the shift
- Completing and delivering the end-of-shift handover report to the Production Manager by the end of shift.


What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 years experience supervising a team in a food manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of GMP, allergen control, and food safety requirements
Strong team leadership skills — able to motivate and hold a team accountable on a busy production floor
Food safety qualification Level 2 minimum — Level 3 preferred
Experience in RTE, fresh produce, or high-care production is a strong advantage.
