We are recruiting a Night Shift Production Supervisor to independently lead our night shift team at our RTE salads and cut fruit production facility in Riyadh. This is a team leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the production floor, including overseeing the full end-of-shift facility clean and sanitation handover to the QC team before the day shift begins.
You will report directly to the Production Manager. This role requires a confident, self-sufficient supervisor who can manage a full shift independently, make sound operational decisions without on-site management support, and consistently deliver a complete and accurate end-of-shift report.
Product quality and sanitation specifications are owned by our QC team — your responsibility is to ensure the team operates to those standards throughout the shift and to escalate any concern to the Production Manager immediately.
What you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the night shift production team.
- Completing all pre-shift startup checks and GMP sign-off before production begins
- Monitoring line output against hourly targets throughout the shift
- Enforcing GMP, personal hygiene, and allergen protocols across the team at all times
- Managing line changeovers and ensuring allergen resets are correctly completed and documented
- Escalating any product quality concern or potential contamination risk to the QC team and Production Manager by phone without delay
- Overseeing the end-of-shift facility clean to the sanitation standard required by the QC team
- Liaising with the QC team to confirm sanitation sign-off and ATP swab results are recorded
- Completing equipment pre-start checks to ensure all machinery is ready for the incoming day shift
- Recording waste, trim, and rework accurately throughout the shift
- Preparing and delivering the full end-of-shift report to the Production Manager.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 years experience supervising a team in a food manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of GMP, allergen control, food safety requirements, and end-of-shift sanitation procedures
Ability to work independently and make confident operational decisions without on-site management
Strong leadership — able to manage and motivate a team through a full night shift
Able to work 18:00–05:00 — some weekend cover will be required
Food safety qualification Level 2 minimum — Level 3 preferred
Experience in RTE, fresh produce, or high-care production is a strong advantage
How to apply:
Please submit your CV to "[email protected]" with a brief note describing your supervisory experience in food production, including the type of product, team size, and whether you have experience managing night shifts or end-of-shift sanitation sign-off.
