The PC Support Technician provides technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and related IT equipment. You’ll respond to support requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure smooth IT operations for end‑users.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and basic network problems.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, and business applications.
Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access permissions.
Document support cases and resolutions in ticketing systems or logs.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
🎓 Requirements
Must be based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not always mandatory.
Previous experience in PC support, desktop support or helpdesk roles preferred.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
💡 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified or ITIL Foundation.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, Active Directory, or remote support tools. (common in similar roles on Indeed)
