The IT Infrastructure Support Technician provides technical support and maintenance across the organisation’s IT systems, ensuring reliable performance and uptime for infrastructure components such as servers, networking gear, and core systems. This is an on‑site, full‑time role suitable for candidates who are already in Bahrain and ready to start immediately.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Provide support for servers, network devices, and other infrastructure components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, switches, routers, and related IT equipment.
Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and logs.
Work with senior IT staff to resolve escalated technical issues.
Support regular backups, security updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
📌 Requirements
Must be located in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Prior experience in IT infrastructure support or similar roles is beneficial.
Knowledge of Windows Server, basic networking (LAN/Wi‑Fi), and virtualization technologies.
Basic troubleshooting skills and strong problem‑solving ability.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Relevant certifications like CompTIA Server+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified credentials.
Familiarity with backup systems, security updates, and ITIL practices.
